What’s Up Monday
Here’s what’s happenin’ ’round here…
I am working on sorting my fabric into standard widths using Bonnie Hunter’s scrap system. I got distracted into cutting slivers for my knitting project…
I am making a rag rug inspired by this ravelry project. I have not read the pattern to know how similar it is, but I like the concept. I like it better than other knit rugs because it is knit in the round… kind of. I only have 12 working stitches at a time so my wrists don’t get tired.
Spencer is in Des Moines this week for training so I promptly destroyed my living room. Have you ever seen a balloon drop? That is my living room. Only plastic grocery sacks. I am so addicted to crocheting with plastic bags!
I tried a new variation of baked potatoes and thought they were great. I doused them with homemade Lawry’s seasoning and skipped the garlic.
…and so on
I am linking up with Patchwork Times today. Head over to see what everyone else is working on!
What’s are you working on this Monday?
