Kayla- If you were the type to spend money going out, I’m sure you would end up being served by some of them, too. There’s nothing wrong with having a job. I wish that when I was an undergrad I would have been half as smart about money as you are. Keep it up.

My boyfriend and I got most of our furniture from my parents- such a great way to save money! Threw a slip cover on the couch and voila! Perfect.

If someone says I look good in something and it’s a deal- I brag about it! Hell yeah I’m proud that I spent .99 cents on these killer flats I’m wearing, thanks for noticing! ;)

And agreed.. I would also love a bike. I have such a cute little town to ride around in!

  3. Hey…you got a TV that way too….you might even get the remote if I see you again anytime soon….how about one blog makeover for one remote and a good supper and some gas money and whatever else you ask for.

Common, Mom! If you go on like that my readers will think you bankroll me or something! :)

Make it gingered carrot soup with homemade french bread and an all-expense trip to the Depot and I’m in! ;)

  5. Great point! You never know what you can get unless you ask…. Businesses are especially crazy about throwing out great things; good thing you snagged that table while you could :).
