Reader Input: Selling Farmer’s Market Baked Goods
Hi all! I need some help from you.
I have spent the last three hours baking up a storm, experimenting with new bagel flavors. Today’s recipes are Sweet Potato Cranberry, Honey Whole Wheat, and, my favorite, Chai Spice. I’m looking for something unique to sell at the local farmer’s market for some extra summer money.
I’m recruiting my derby girls to provide some “market research” but I’d like some input from you too.
- Answer me honestly: How bad do they look? My shaping is getting better as I go but I was wondering if it is okay to still sell the more “rustic” looking ones.
