I believe it is a ‘wandering jew': http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/596/. My mama and grandma have always had one of these plants.

I think it’s a wandering jew (not sure of the “real” name. Easiest plant ever to propagate. Just take some clippings and stick them into dirt. (Or water, so you can watch the roots form, but they form so fast that you can just stick them in dirt.)

Hope Tony is doing fine this morning. :) I’ve been dealing with a sick dog too, so I totally feel your pain and anguish.

I think the plant in question may be a wandering jew? Not positive but kinda looks like one I had years ago. Great idea using them for decor at your wedding.

Glad to see you posting again, enjoy your blog and all your good ideas.

Take care, Hugs to you and Tony. :)

That mystery plant is commonly called a Wandering Jew Plant. It’s also called a spiderwort. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spiderwort
