Kalissa’s Rainy Day Fun: A Creative Way to Give a Cash Gift
My Little Miss Kaliss is celebrating her high school graduation today. Kalissa is the youngest so it is really bittersweet for our family.
In keeping with my sweet-old-aunt ways I gave her a cash gift:
I crumpled dollar bills, threaded them with crochet thread, and tied them to the inside of the umbrella.
Cash gifts are kind of my thing. I tied a bow for “flowers” for Kalissa, “balloons” for Karl, and I made a T-shirt for Kalissa’s birthday.
I am a painfully practical gift giver, but I do my best to be creative. What are your favorite gifts for graduating high-school seniors?
