Enjoying “Quality” in Greater “Quanities”
I’m a big believer in saving your dining dollars for “fork-eating” places instead of frequenting fast-food joints. This means I can enjoy more quality than quantity. To stretch my quality pasta dish from last night’s date, and to enjoy a little more quantity I:
Ate only half of the pasta and took the other half home. Today for lunch I:
…sauteed some asparagus in three cloves chopped garlic and some olive oil, then added two roma tomatoes.
Stirred in the leftover pasta dish, and I can enjoy a “night out” for two more meals!
