Yesterday Spencer asked me to clean the fridge while he was at work. I hate to clean out the refrigerator because I end up throwing away food.

Pour some lentils into your slow cooker- I had about 1 cup left. Add whatever chopped vegetables you can find. I had celery, carrots, cabbage, and a tomato. Add a can of diced tomatoes. Pour in enough water to cover. Add one boullion cube for every two cups of water.
I left the house and forgot about the soup so it ended up cooking for nearly ten hours. It was still very good!
