Does This Oufit Make Me Look Frugal?

by Kayla K on February 25, 2010

So happy to be featured in Almost Frugal’s series: This is What Frugal Looks Like.  You can read more on that over there.

You probably want to visit Almost Frugal more often anyway, it’s a fun read.

And if you already read Almost Frugal often, but are new to my blog, welcome!

If you’d like to learn more about me, I have a page for that!

And if you’re interested in something I wrote in the interview, I’ve compiled some sample posts for you.

My parents are my friends, not my ATM:

Things I do that are typically frugal:

Make meal plans:

Eat oatmeal:

Shop for secondhand clothes:

Love my library:

Frugal things that I do that are unusual:

Hi. Here from Almost Frugal, although I’m a fairly new reader there, too. I’ve put your blog in my reader and will be back to look around some more soon. :)

Hey,
Glad to read that you are in school at my alma mater. Despite the detours you took, I am glad your educational path lead you there. Do you remember me strongly suggesting this is where you needed to be years ago?
Love your blog. Sounds to me like you are doing everything you have always loved.
You may or may not know that I have retired but still sub occasionally.
Keep in touch.

Hello!!! So good to hear from you! Pretty sure the career placement test I took in your 10th grade class told me to be a trapeze artist. :)

I wish I would have listened to you in the first place!
