I think it’s fine. I’d even wear the same shirt (or whole outfit) two days in a row and not think anything about it.

no I do not believe you are cheating by doubling up however your shoes are not included, and I believe proper shoes are a very important part of dress attire.

I wear staples which I double up all the time in one week. No one knows. As long as the clothes are clean and ironed, you can mix and match as you please. I invested in expensive clothes when I got into my profession. The clothes are well made, last longer, wash well, and retain their shapes. I have not needed to buy new clothes in many years and I still look and feel good when wearing my “older” clothes. Not buying new clothes has freed up my closet space.

Forgot to say: there are many people who simply cannot afford to buy new outfits for every day of the week. These people are clever enough to buy staples that mix and match. Again, as long as the clothes are clean, ironed, and fit well, no one is the wiser.

OK to wear things twice in a week. Most of the time it is a plain pair of black or navy pants — everyone has multiples of those. Or I will wear a blouse out early in the week and “hide” it under a sweater or vest later in the week.
